LANCE BRADLEY 
Managing Director - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined the Company in July 2000 from Ford of Great Britain where he spent 12 years in a variety of sales and operational roles. Originally appointed as General Manager – Sales Operations, he was promoted to Sales & Marketing Director in October 2001 with responsibility for Vehicle Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Press & Public Affairs, Network Development and Business Management. In April 2009 he was promoted to the role of Managing Director with responsibility for the overall direction of The Colt Car Company. Also Member of the Board of Spitalgate Dealer Services.

   

JUNICHI IWATA
Chairman - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined the Company in June 2015 as Member of the Boards of The Colt Car Company and Spitalgate Dealer Services. He joined Mitsubishi Corporation in 1983. He has held various roles within MC Motor Vehicle Division, having previously been assigned to Philippines, Indonesia, Spain as the management and operation member, and also has been in charge of the other brand.

   

MIZUKI KURODA
Financial Director - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined the Company in May 2015 as Finance Director of The Colt Car Company and Spitalgate Dealer Services. He joined Mitsubishi Corporation a leading Japanese trading house in 1986. Since then he has held various roles mainly from financial aspects in business investments of Mitsubishi Corporation in several sectors, in events such as company set-up/mergers and acquisitions/turnarounds/divestments. His previous posting outside Japan was to Australia.

   


KOSEI TAMAKI
Director of Corporate Affairs - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined Mitsubishi Corporation in April 1997, where he oversaw the export of automotive equipment to the European, Australian and South American markets. In 2002 he began a career with Mitsubishi Corporation’s automotive division which saw him hold roles at Mitsubishi Motors Europe from 2004 to 2009 and with the Indonesian distributors, KTB, from 2012, where he lead their respective Marketing teams. He joined Mitsubishi Motors in the UK in 2015 as Director of Corporate Affairs.

   

TOBY MARSHALL
Director of Sales & Marketing - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined the Company in October 1998 as Network Support Analyst, has since had a variety of roles within the Company in Marketing, Product & Incentives, Fleet, Area Sales and IT. He was promoted to the role of General Manager Fleet & Used Cars in October 2007 with responsibility for sales of new cars into the UK fleet market and used car stock including the Company scheme cars. In April 2009 he was promoted to the role of Director of Sales & Marketing with responsibilities for Vehicle Sales, Marketing, Product Planning, Press & Public Affairs, network development. Previously with CACI as a Senior Accounts Executive.

   

PAUL BRIGDEN 
Operations Director - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Paul joined the company in January 2001 as Business Management Manager before being promoted to Area Manager in June of that year. In January 2003 he was appointed General Manager, responsible for maximising sales and awareness of Ralliart vehicles and Motorsport activities. In May 2009 he took over responsibility of Colt Cars Mid West as General Manager Retail Operations and was then promoted to Managing Director of Colt Cars Mid West in November 2009. He has 11 years prior motor industry experience with dealer groups in the South of England as Financial Controller and Director. He assumed his role as Deputy Director of France in ‘Mitsubishi Motors in the UK’ in April 2011 and then went on to become Operations Director responsible for Finance, Information Services, Franchising, Training and Human Resources. Most recently Paul has become Managing Director of SDS and Director of Shogun Finance, responsible for the Wholesale and Retail finance operations, he also continues in the Operations Director role at CCC.

   

RICHARD WELLER 
Director - After Sales - Mitsubishi Motors in the UK

Joined the Company in June 1992 as Regional Sales Manager and has held various roles throughout his time with the Company notably in Network Development, Franchising, Ralliart, Area Sales and Sales Planning. He was promoted to General Manager Network Development in July 2004. In April 2009 he was promoted to the role of General Manager Sales Operations & Network Development with responsibilities for, Vehicle Sales, Sales Planning and Analysis, Fleet Sales, Used Vehicle Sales, New Dealership Setups, Network Development, Network Training. Previously he was with Anglia BS and UDT. Richard was promoted to the role of Director of After Sales with effect from 1 October 2010.
